Hello, we are Ann and Mark the owners of Whale of a Time.

"Our vision is simple, to offer a safe, fun and customer orientated facility for both children and adults."

We were determined to listen to the views and comments of all our customers and made a conscious decision to respond to all feedback offered. After collating information obtained from customer comments, we immediately implemented a refurbishment programme to improve the overall safety of the equipment and comfort for our customers.

We closed at the end of July for three days in order to carry out our refurbishment programme which included the building of two enclosed party rooms, new tables and chairs in the café area, sofas and most importantly, safety throughout the play structures.

"We will continue to improve the facility for the benefit of the children and parents and have a strong and firm belief that, wherever possible we will listen and respond to our users needs and wants."
